The recessed plateau on Dorfstrasse with its orchard meadow borders, beyond the farmhouse worthy to become a protected monument and in a privileged manner, on the undeveloped area towards Kirchenweg. Our type of residential buildings and housing estates, in English defined as “low rise, high density“, consists of low building volumes which, with their two or three floors, closely follow the existing topography. Given the descending contour line, the building heights of the northern volume vary quite a bit. Their stepped silhouette is subject to the Kienast lookout, while the vista opens towards the fantastic south-east panorama of Kilchberg with its direct superposition of the lake and the Glarus Alps.
