The Letzibach D site is part of a connected puzzle in this urban area, not only because of its location on the track yard, but also because of its conceivable height development, which is based on the thesis of an urban heterogeneity of the Letzi site as formulated by an AfS study.
Against the backdrop of the inaccessible expanse of the seemingly endless rail tracks, the project shapes a new height development, which takes up and completes the rhythmic figure of the Letzibach C estate, which is placed orthogonally to the tracks and Hohlstrasse.
